Blue Lagoon Apartments features five separate pavilion buildings varying in height from two to four storeys, radiating around the central pool with all units having views of the pool and lagoon.

The floor layouts were derived from tropical design principles, incorporating large covered outdoor living areas and roof overhangs, maximised cross-flow ventilation and natural light to all internal areas.
