Changing trends in public housing place emphasis on adaptability of design which is reflected in the modifications made to a number of these apartments to suit the needs of people with disabilities. The visual quality of the development, both individually and in a streetscape context, has achieved a continuity of form and style yet provides an identifiable building with a sense of address to the street. CA Architects' design excellence has been recognised with the building of the year award from the RAIA in 2001.
