CA Architects' own office space was designed as a commercial project in partnership with another party. The aim was to show that good quality design doesn't cost too much, and that attractive functional office spaces can be designed in Cairns. The use of interesting, special volumes, natural light and respect of the site has achieved a building with low energy costs, excellent tenancy satisfaction and quality spaces.
