The Marina Site development is prominently located on the Trinity Inlet with high exposure to the marina, boardwalk and Esplanade. It is situated at the apex of view and circulation corridors and will form the northern gateway to Cityport. The complex comprises waterfront restaurant and bar, marina related retail shops, Cairns Yacht Club facilities and amenities. The buildings have been arranged around a green court suitable for sailboat rigging, relaxation and entertainment.

Construction has commenced and is scheduled for a mid 2008 completion.
