Set on 5 acres of eucalypt forest, the McClintock Residence has been designed to make the most of its environment: relying on passive design principles to minimise energy usage and careful design to produce the sanctuary that the site (and client) deserves.

The roof form is designed to form three building zones, providing low level spaces in the small rooms, and open, airy volumes with excellent breezes and natural light in the main spaces.
